CFA Society Netherlands Inclusion Survey 2023

This year we celebrate 5 years as CFA Society Netherlands! The aim of CFA Society Netherlands-VBA merger was to be an inclusive society for all investment professionals in the Netherlands: to advance the investment profession, share knowledge and help our members serve their clients most effectively. As we celebrate this milestone, we would like to take the opportunity to get your perspective on how inclusive our society is, so we can identify focus areas for future improvement that matter to you. We have created a short survey and would like to invite you to share your perception of our levels of inclusion at CFA Society Netherlands.

Click here to take this short survey (if it doesn't work: a backup survey can be found here. You can also scan the QR code on your right to take the survey on your smartphone)

In an inclusive society, you as a member should feel fairly treated, valued for your perspectives, empowered, and respected. You should feel free to join events and committees, volunteer, and participate in activities organized by the society without fear of judgement. We believe it is important to prioritize inclusion so that you, as a member, can feel that you belong and are inspired by other members and our shared purpose.

Together with Deloitte, we created this Inclusion survey that will give us a better view on how inclusive we are and where we can still improve. Please take 10 minutes to fill it out via this link. The data you provide will only be analyzed on an aggregated level. It will help us benchmark where we currently stand as well as define focus areas for future improvement. This is an ongoing journey and we can only make further progress with your valuable insights, so please contribute and have your voice heard!

The survey will stay open until the end of June. You can submit one response via the personal link you have received with this email.

Thank you for your help! If you have any questions, comments, suggestions, or wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to sharing outcomes and next steps with you later this year.
