Inge van den Doel PhD joined Pensioenfonds Metaal & Techniek (PMT) as Chief Investment Officer in April 2012. From October 2017 onwards, she has been General Director of PMT. From 2009 up to 2012, Inge was Director of VBA. She stayed member of VBA and later CFA Society VBA Netherlands ever since, and contributes to the society as volunteer in the Committee for managing VBA reserves. Before 2009, Inge held several positions at De Nederlandsche Bank, including Head of Asset Management and Head of Treasury. Before taking on management positions, she worked at De Nederlandsche Bank and at the Bank of England as Portfolio Manager. Inge obtained a PhD from the Tinbergen Institute at the University of Amsterdam.
Inge will join the board on 1 January 2023.
Raphie Hayat is a senior investment strategist at a.s.r., where he is part of the team that determines the strategic and tactical allocation of the funds that a.s.r. manages. Next to a.s.r., Raphie has a part-time position as a lecturer at the Utrecht University School of Economics. Raphie has master’s degrees in Economics and Finance, a PhD in Economics (VU University Amsterdam), is a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and a CFA Charterholder. He previously worked as a senior economist at Rabobank where he followed China, Japan and other Asian economies and at KPMG Corporate Finance.
Linde Kok, CFA, is Senior Investor Relations Specialist at PostNL, acting as a liaison between corporate management and the investment community. Previously, Linde worked as strategic analyst at NN Investment Partners (NN IP) where she performed corporate development and M&A-related activities, was secretary of Responsible Investing SteerCo and chair of the NN IP Corporate Citizenship task force. Linde started her career in insurance as project manager at NN Group and in Financial Analysis & Reporting at NN Group’s life insurance unit. Linde holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Marketing, both from the VU University Amsterdam. Linde is a CFA charterholder.
Gül Poslu holds the positon of Executive Director Institutional Clients at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. She has a diverse background; working in both the financial and commercial sectors at consultancy firm Zanders, insurer Achmea, ING Bank and with asset managers (PGGM and NN Investment Partners). With over 20 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Benelux institutional market, Gül has a strong track record and an evident passion for the client. She is also actively involved in non-profit organizations. Gül holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Yiyi Huang is a Senior Investment Consultant at Aegon Asset Management. She is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the asset management sector. Currently serving as the Senior Investment Consultant at Aegon Asset Management since October 2022. Prior to joining Aegon Asset Management, she held various roles in several well-known asset management companies, including Goldman Sachs Asset Management (formerly known as NNIP), MN, PGGM, and Shell Asset Management. Yiyi holds a master’s degree in Quantitative Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Over the past 20 years, she has worked across pension funds, asset management, and advisory roles, both in the Netherlands and internationally, with a strong focus on governance and investment governance. In her board roles, she sees every day how important it is to combine technical expertise with sound judgment, long-term thinking, and a clear sense of responsibility. She is particularly passionate about embedding sustainability in a practical and meaningful way within investment and governance frameworks. Through this role, she would like to contribute to the vibrant and engaged community of CFA Society Netherlands and help ensure the profession continues to evolve in a thoughtful and relevant way.
Field is the Chief European Market Strategist at Morningstar, based in Amsterdam. His role is to help make sense of what’s happening across European equity markets by working closely with the research team and bringing together a clear, coherent view for clients, investors, and the media.
A big part of what he enjoys is translating complex market developments into practical insights. Field regularly appears on outlets such as BBC and CNBC, discussing market events and investment trends, and his views are frequently featured in publications including the Financial Times and Yahoo Finance.
His background is in equity research and investment analysis, with experience across London and Melbourne. Alongside his work in the markets, he regularly gives guest lectures around the world on finance, economics, and investing. He holds a finance degree from University College Cork, a master’s degree in computational finance from the University of Limerick, and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
Sesterikova is an investment and strategy professional with nearly two decades of experience. She brings a perspective few leaders carry, shaped by her professional journey across private and sovereign capital, financial markets policy, as well as institutional transformations in Europe and Asia.
Sesterikova currently serves as Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, advising financial services clients on strategy, M&A, and AI-driven institutional change. Prior to that, she held management roles at Prudential plc and PwC in Singapore. She also served as a senior advisor on financial markets and EU expert negotiator at the Dutch Ministry of Finance, representing the Dutch state in the EU during the Eurozone sovereign debt crisis. She started her career in private equity on the investment team of HAL Investments.
Her commitment to CFA’s core pillars — professional excellence, ethical conduct, and diversity in the investment profession — is also reflected in her non-profit service, including as a board member of 100 Women in Finance in Singapore, a global community of 30,000 members dedicated to advancing women in the investment profession. Sesterikova holds an MSc/MPhil in Finance and Investments from RSM Erasmus University Rotterdam, and she is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.

Anne-Marie Munnik joined the former VBA beleggingsprofessionals in 2013 as executive director. In this role she was responsible for the staffed office, preparation and implementation of strategy, developing and coordination educational activities, developing and implementing public relations and affairs policy and activities and external communications. Before joining the VBA Anne-Marie was head of Investment Research between 2006-2013 at MN. Prior she worked as an investment strategist and analyst at several investment firms in the Netherlands.
Anne-Marie holds a master degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam as well as the RBA designation.
Irma Willemsen joined the former VBA beleggingsprofessionals in 2003 as secretary general. In this role she was responsible for carrying out the financial administration, keeping the membership records, organizing meetings and seminars, and taking care of publications and maintaining the website of the VBA. She also takes minutes at a.o. the board meetings, the meetings of the editorial board of the VBA Journal, and the curatorium for continuing education.
Before joining the VBA Irma was office manager between 1986-2002 at FDA, a financial research agency. Prior she worked as marketing assistant at Digital Equipment.
Heleen joined CFA Society VBA Netherlands in Januari 2018, following the merger of VBA Beleggingsprofessionals and CFA Society Netherlands. She was responsible for the post-merger implementation management; planning and implementation of AVG regulations, the Salesforce platform, the new website; database management and organization of events. Her current focus is on recruitment, onboarding and engagement of new members, creating member value and benefits, and organising CFA Candidate and Student activities. She is also responsible for database management in Salesforce and Constant Contacts and membership reporting.
Heleen holds a master degree in both Communication Science and International Relations and previously worked as a telecommunications researcher and consultant.
Joost van der Mandele joined CFA Society Netherlands in November 2022. His focus within the organisation is managing the website, mailings and (social) media.
Joost holds a Master's degree Artificial Intelligence and completed the first two levels of the CFA Program. He has worked for Van Der Moolen, Flow Traders and IMC as trader and strategist. Joost is also the manager of the Van der Mandele ARAR Fund, a long-only equity fund focused on fundamentally undervalued stocks.
Andrej Antonijevic joined CFA Society Netherlands in August 2023 as Education Coordinator. In this capacity, he is responsible for organizing and planning the society's educational activities, with a specific focus on the VBA Academy including the RBA program and the MiFID II Stay Compliant Program. With 19 years of experience in asset management, Andrej brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. Prior to joining CFA Society Netherlands, Andrej worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager for listed property equity funds at NN Investment Partners and BNP Paribas AM. Andrej holds a Master of Science in Economics degree from Lehigh University. He has been a CFA Charterholder since 2005.
