Melinda joined the board of VBA beleggingsprofessionals in 2014 and was part of the steering committee that made the merger possible. She serves on the first merged board where she is responsible for Education. Melinda is manager at KPMG Advisory where she supports clients in the pension and insurance industry to address broad investment management questions.
Melinda is an experienced investment professional, with more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has a focus on investment management for the institutional sector. From 2010 to 2017 Melinda worked at PGGM where she held various roles, such as Risk Manager and Portfolio Manager. Melinda holds a Master degree in International Economics & Business, a Master degree in Investment management (RBA) and an MBA degree from Erasmus RSM.
Melinda has a passion for connecting hard figures from the financial sector with social interests, such as contributing to a financially stable future for society.
Cees Harm joined the board in October 2016 after volunteering for several years and is responsible for events. Besides his activities for CFA, Cees Harm works as an investment consultant at Willis Towers Watson. In that role he advises institutional clients on their investment policy. He supports several Dutch based institutional clients as an external advisor.
He is also involved in modeling and analyzing hedging strategies for pension funds, researching the impact of regulations and advising clients on structured products. Cees Harm is a member of the Asset Research Team, the Eurozone Advisory Portfolio Group and co-head of the Dutch Research team.
After his Master of Finance at Tilburg University in 2007, Cees Harm decided to combine traveling and studying in Australia and enrolled in a Master Economics at Macquarie University. He completed his Master with the Vice Chancellor’s Commendation for Academic Excellence in 2008, but decided to return to The Netherlands. After a brief stay at All Options as an equity derivatives trader, he broadened his investment scope by moving to Willis Towers Watson in 2010 to start as an investment consultant. Exactly ten years later Cees Harm came across an interesting opportunity at APG Asset Management, where he started in 2021 as a senior strategist, advising APG's clients on their investment portfolios. In June 2013 he successfully completed the CFA® program and now proudly holds his CFA® designation.
Anisa joined the board of VBA beleggingsprofessionals in 2016, and is in the merged board responsible for culture, integration and inclusion. Anisa is head of DC Investment Design at NN Investment Partners and in that role responsible for advising internal and external clients on the design of lifecycles. She is part of the Integrated Client Solutions department that delivers fiduciary advice to pension funds, insurers and foundations. Anisa has been part of the Risk team at PGGM Investments and she started her career as a consultant at Deloitte Financial Risk Management.
Alex Morozov is director of European equity research for Morningstar Holland BV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Morningstar, Inc. He leads a team of equity analysts based in Europe who cover European and global companies across all major sectors of the economy. Before assuming his current role in 2014, Morozov was head of global healthcare equity research. Previously, he was a senior equity analyst, covering the medical instruments, life sciences, and diagnostics industries. Before joining Morningstar in 2006, Morozov worked in the insurance industry. Morozov holds a bachelor's degree in finance, with a minor in mathematics, from the University of Missouri. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
Vincent Stap, CFA, is financial risk manager for Invest-NL, where he is responsible for assessing and monitoring financial risk from a second line perspective. Before assuming his current role in 2021, Vincent was risk manager for Triple Jump, focusing on both financial and operational risk. Before that he was senior manager at EY Financial Services Risk Management, servicing the asset management and pension funds sectors. Prior to this, Vincent worked as (senior) risk manager for PGGM, focusing on the alternative investment mandates such as private equity and private real estate. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Financial Econometrics from Erasmus University.
Inge van den Doel PhD joined Pensioenfonds Metaal & Techniek (PMT) as Chief Investment Officer in April 2012. From October 2017 onwards, she has been General Director of PMT. From 2009 up to 2012, Inge was Director of VBA. She stayed member of VBA and later CFA Society VBA Netherlands ever since, and contributes to the society as volunteer in the Committee for managing VBA reserves. Before 2009, Inge held several positions at De Nederlandsche Bank, including Head of Asset Management and Head of Treasury. Before taking on management positions, she worked at De Nederlandsche Bank and at the Bank of England as Portfolio Manager. Inge obtained a PhD from the Tinbergen Institute at the University of Amsterdam.
Inge will join the board on 1 January 2023.
Noortje Draper is a Senior Investment Manager for PGGM Investments and responsible for setting up the Trading Analytics desk. Before starting her current role in 2020, she worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager & Trader managing PGGM’s Commodity Fund. Noortje holds a Master degree in Financial Economics from the Radboud University Nijmegen and holds a RBA designation.
Raphie Hayat is a senior investment strategist at a.s.r., where he is part of the team that determines the strategic and tactical allocation of the funds that a.s.r. manages. Next to a.s.r., Raphie has a part-time position as a lecturer at the Utrecht University School of Economics. Raphie has master’s degrees in Economics and Finance, a PhD in Economics (VU University Amsterdam), is a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and a CFA Charterholder. He previously worked as a senior economist at Rabobank where he followed China, Japan and other Asian economies and at KPMG Corporate Finance.
Linde Kok, CFA, is Senior Investor Relations Specialist at PostNL, acting as a liaison between corporate management and the investment community. Previously, Linde worked as strategic analyst at NN Investment Partners (NN IP) where she performed corporate development and M&A-related activities, was secretary of Responsible Investing SteerCo and chair of the NN IP Corporate Citizenship task force. Linde started her career in insurance as project manager at NN Group and in Financial Analysis & Reporting at NN Group’s life insurance unit. Linde holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Marketing, both from the VU University Amsterdam. Linde is a CFA charterholder.
