In the meeting we will present the 2025-26 Annual Report and several board members are up for (re)appointment. As always, we'll update attendees on the latest developments in the Society and we'd love to hear your thoughts.
Importantly, a voting will take place on the appointment of Martijn Scholten as board member. He is scheduled, if appointed, to succeed Inge van den Doel as Chairman 1st of January. The full agenda and supporting documents are available below.
