Mindfulness – Is it a thing?
This session aims to:
- Demystify mindfulness by explaining what it is and what it isn’t
- Provide an overview of basic mindfulness techniques
- Show you how you can personally benefit from mindfulness
Plus, we will practice what we preach by trying out a few mindfulness exercises during our time together.
