If you are unable to afford the fees for the CFA Program, CFA Institute can offer scholarship opportunities based on your needs. The three scholarships (Access, Student and Professor) encourage a broader group of individuals to participate in the CFA Program. All scholarships include a waived enrollment fee and discounted registration (includes access to the curriculum eBook).
The Access Scholarships applies for individuals who may not be able to afford the program fees ànd are NOT currently registered for an exam or awaiting exam results. It reduces exam registration fee to USD400 (plus any applicable tax). There are 4 application windows a year, aligning with the exam window.
Student and Professor Scholarships reduce the exam registration fee (includes access to the curriculum eBook) to USD600. The Student scholarship is for students currently attending an affiliated university. The Professor Scholarship is for full-time college/university professors or administrators/department heads who teach a minimum number of credit hours at qualified institutions. Eligibility for both Student and Professor scholarships requires that you are NOT currently registered for a CFA exam and/or waiting for results to be released.
